Sore hours

I went into your Store on Hwy 139 IN Monroe, La right at 9PM on Sat 12/10, Cashier at register checking Customer out.
Told me Store was closed it was around 900
or 902. I told her just need one item ans she said sorry we are closed. I said I am in the store door was not locked so
why not let me get my item and leave. Only
reply was we are closed. I told her must be nice to not need the sale. She said sorry we are closed. I told her retail stores go out of business due to no customers. All other stores like DG, FDS, dept. Stores open to 10PM and midnight this close to Xmas. Still refused to sell me anything. I told her the sky would not cave in if you took care one customer. I retired with 46 years in retailing and was over 300 Stores and all Mgrs knew that if you closed at 9PM you locked the door at 901 not 859 and if someone drove up you did not slam the door in their face but
waved them inside to shop. I guess the sales at this location are great. White female short black hair and glasses. Must have been the Store Mgr or Asst. Thanks Frank Vogt 318-349-3399 219 Lincoln Hill, Dr. Monroe, La. 71203
