Placed sale item in mail ad, but never had the item

We got there mail ad, and found a camera we wanted. I called the store first to see if it was in stock, and were told No, but were told to order it on line or 800 number. First tried other stores in the area, none had them. Called to order it, and was told that it was discontinued, but would check other stores for us. They told us that one of there stores in Lansing had 3 of them. We called them long distance and was told they had none, waste of time and money.

We wrote the company an E-mail letter advising them that we thought this was a poor way to do business, they wrote back and in so many words told us, To Bad.

We have also been waiting for 3 rebates from there store and have not seen any of them.

We will never shop there again, and telling our friends not to also.
