Mike White-CEO Charged 1/2 early cancellation fee despite horrendous service issues

I signed up with DirecTV on May 4th, whereby their 3rd party vendor botched the install in my apartment. Not only was improperly attached to my railing, the installer drilled a hole through the wall and left staples on the patio and carpet (have pictures). Since this didn't create enough color, he also left wire striping and cable anchors on the floor as well.

On May 18th, they returned to fix the install (turns out we didn't even need our own dish as there was a communal one on the top of the apartment building), which resulted in the equipment not being removed from the premise (we were told to take it down ourselves). May 18th was the last day that we had tolerable tv service.

After the 18th, reception became spotty, with frequent interruptions. When we called DirecTv's vendor, they stated they would come out and fix the issue with the alignment.
