Terrible service

Anyone considering switching to directv I recommend that you insist that a qualified technician install your equipment. They sent a rookie installer with a trainer ~ after a few minutes training, the trainer left! The rookie did not know what he was doing and our installation was only complete because my son told him what to do after waiting 3 hours and nothing accomplished. They did not install new cable lines when they should have. I have received TERRIBLE SERVICE from customer service and would NOT recommend Directv to anyone!
