What they offer is all LIES - Poor service - bad equiptment - and No support at all - LIES!

I went with T mobile based on the commercial and the website telling me that pricing would be better and service was the best - It is not - in 4 months I have had 5 phones each that will not work - I can not make or receive calls and my phone freezes on a daily bases.

I pay the SAME price as I paid with Att and get 100 times worse service. I made a mistake switching!!! I pay over $100 for the $59.00 service so have what I had with Att and it never works. When I ask for help, they ask for more money - This is Hell!

Pay no attention to their claims because they are all lies. I feel stupid as a person that loves technology for buying their products and services - please do not make the same mistake! Please!!
