Ripoff Poor Customer Service promise of billing credit unforfilled

T-Mobile promised a $100.00 credit to my account from a billing error. After 5 months and numerous phone calls promising that they would make the credit they never did. Don't use T-Mobile, poor service, a lack of customer service, and numerous lies, is what this company is all about.
