I sent a small package to the next town. This is thirty miles away, and I was charged 27 dollars to do this. UPS is passing the buck by saying that they are not responsible for how the stores conduct their business. THEN TAKE YOUR NAME OFF OF THE STORES! This is purely taking advantage of the customer and it makes me want to not send anything by UPS again - and my business requires a lot of shipping. SHAME on this company.
