Wal-mart Movie Prices

I live in Hernando MS (small town USA).in the last month I have bought 8 movies at $19.97 each from my local store knowing good and well that I am being over charged. I know this because if I should drive the 10 to 15 miles north to Southhaven MS I could buy the same movies for $14.97 to $15.99. I have asked time and time again why one store has ot for one price and another is so much higher. I was told not only by employees, but a manager that our store is in a small town and is not allowed to mark there movies down. My problem is by the time I drive to the store to get the movies cheaper I have wasted the saving in gas. I feel I am being mistreated, used, and robbed by a store that has a motto of "Save Money, Live Better Wal-Mart ". Well how can they save you money when you can't even get the same price at two stores only 10 to 15 miles apart.
