I’m writing to complaint about customer service that I’ve received today from pick up area at HighPoint Toy R Us

On Saturday 31/12 around 1:00-2:00PM, after pressing the bell for assistance a few times at Pick Up Area, and waited for a while, one staff (short, Asian man) opened the door and the first thing he said to me wasn’t “Hi, how are you”, this was exactly what he said: “ You gotta be patient mate”, with a very rude attitude. That how I was greet by your staff member after waiting for a while. I’m not complaint about the wait; I’m complaint specifically about that staff member & a very poor customer service level that I was provided by him.
I had the receipt what I purchased and at what time I picked them up. Also other customers, who were waited with me at the time, could be witness how the staff was talking to me

I’m requesting an explanation about minimum standard customer service at Toy R Us. I also believed the staff owed me apologize for being so rude. I’ll certainly tell everyone that I know about that kind of bad service at Toy R Us (HighPoint Shopping Centre)
