I purchased a maxi dress from the company KipaKimbra, listing measurements and everything, saying it would fit a small to medium person. I am 5'2 and weigh 95 lbs. The dress was noting that was promised.
It was made out of cheap fabric, the dress had the worst stichings, making it impossible to wear, and it rose 3 inches above my ankles, and had tears on the dress, as well. They sent me a torn up, knock of version of what they displayed online. They are scammers who want your card information. Please, DO NOT purchase from them.
