WARNING Ripoff Verizon does not pay their bills promptly

Word of warning to anyone wanting to do or currently doing business with Verizon. My spouse works for a company called CNI located in Chatsworth, CA, they do computer networking and cabling.

Their biggest cabling customer is Verizon. CNI took Verizon on as a client in good faith. Who wouldn't? They are a HUGE company and you would figure that they would pay their bills promptly. However, currently Verizon has a PAST DUE balance of 5 MILLION DOLLARS outstanding with CNI.

As of today (Aug 6) Verizon is refusing to pay and as such CNI does not have enough capital to cover payroll. My spouse's paycheck is a week overdue and all of CNI's Union electricians have walked off the job due to not being paid. Be warned if Verizon will do this to one company, they will do it to anybody!
