Forever21.com Beware! Forever21 does not honor their own return policy as listed on the website

Hello,

I placed an order for $135 on forever21.com after carefully reviewing their return policy. Their return policy clearly states, online purchases can be return to the store for a full refund or exchange in the original mode of payment. However, their stores and call center says it is not correct and that has never been their policy.

I have tried everything to prove what I am reading is correct and I even made the store manager read it who agreed to what I said but also said he can't do anything to give me my refund in cash and said he could only do a store credit.
