Awful service - shoes

Had the most awful online shopping experience ever!!! Disgusted with return policy. Never have I encountered a store the refuses to exchange or return unworn item that don't fit right. The customer service girl argued with me talked to me as if I were simple and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I will be trash talking forever21 all over town and more than likely will telling patrons at your store in the mall how awful your customer service is. I can believe forever21 won't even exchange item that don't fit properly. Can't find enough horrible words to express how disgusted I am.
