Most awful service eve

So I thought I was having a lovely shopping spree on forever21, boy was I WRONG!!! There is a BIG glitch! Didn't realize that ANYTHING you buy at a sale price is final sale. I don't know about anyone else but some times things just don't fit right. It is a hazard of online shopping. I even asked if I could exchange the items. That was a big fat NO. The sale rep even began to argue with me. This was even after I requested to speak with a supervisor. Which she refused to do. I can't even find words that are not filthy to capture how disgusted I am with forever21's exchange/return policies. I think I may be inclined to trash talk them all over town. Might even stand in font of their store at the mall and inform innocent shoppers of their terrible business practices.
