EmailFinder
Deceptive advertising on internet, did not produce the service promised, and billed for a 7 day free trial

Shops, Products, Services

This service purported to match a given person's name to their email address. I found this company through a web search. Prior to openning their site I read their add line stating a free fast match to anyone's email.
Upon openning the site was a further claim of a free 7 day trial. I used my credit card to pay the $7.95 ernest money and proceeded to try finding a matching email. After failing to find a match, I proceeded contact EmailFinder to cancel my trial. I was, however, redirected to an automated page designed for just that purpose of cancelation.
Several minutes later I recieved an email conferming my cancelation and informing me I would not be charged anymore than the $7.95 which was nonrefundable. (free trial... Right)
