Sought a phone number for a neighbor. This servcice offers a free seven day trial.in order to sign up they take billing info and payment method. I immediately cancelled online as the telephone number was old/disconnected. The next business day they charged me. I called and they said I did not sign up for the free trial but a background report (not true, just needed phone contact). I argued and threatened to report to the BBB. Only time will tell if the charge is reversed. The service is a scam and the site is misleading. Please screenshot your actions to protect yourself. There was no email notice on this.
