Rip-Off Alert Cancelation doesn't mean they stop charging you Internet

Match.com Rip-Off Alert. Cancelation doesn't mean they stop charging you.

I had canceled my subscription with Match.com and had to go through several steps in order to induce me to remain with the service. But that's not where the problem started.

A few days later they charged me for another month on a cancled service.

This morning I sent them an email asking them to correct their mistake and return the funds. A few hours they sent me this email:

"Thank you for contacting Match.com.

We received your inquiry regarding a refund. Match.com maintains a no refund policy, therefore we are unable to process a refund on your account."

I also received a second email from them stating their auto-renual policy. This had nothing to do with charging me for services after cancelation.

Having a policy of ripping customers off doesn't mean that it is right to do so.

This does NOT end here.
