HHgregg ripoff deceptive and dishonest sales practices they say they will do complete install of appliances but leave you with extra charges

Hhgregg sends someone to you home to measure for appliances. We went back to the store and bought the 27" wall oven we were told was the right size, even though the cabinate needed to be shaved down 1/4". The sales person told us that was "no problem" and small cabinate repairs would be "no charge."

One man came to deliver and install this double wall oven. Our painter had to help him lift it. He bent the door. It didn't fit in the wall all they way and the installer said they don't trim the wood. "The guys in the store tell people that and we keep telling them not to because we won't do that." We were told to call their contract company at have the work done at our expense.

I now have an oven hanging out of my wall and HHgregg doesn't even return my calls.
