Ripoff Bogus Electric Bill 6 Attempts to Remove from Credit Report

This is apparently a debt submitted by PP & L for $4,000 for an electric bill. I have disputed this in the pass, and thought it was taken care of. I recently was approved to purchase a home!!! Well, two weeks before my closing,
I recieve a call from my mortgage broker informing me that my home loan has been denied because of these two accounts. Now, on my credit, there are 2 open accounts for InoVision/NCO Financial. I instantly became numb. As a matter of fact, I had to pull off the road. Since then, I've faxed them twice, and they have given me nothing but the run around.
My hopes and dreams of being a homeowner is cracked for the time being. Oh, this "debt" was originally placed on my credit in late 90's.
