Didnt apply monies to my phone of 3 yrs. And canceled my entire account, cuz she was angry

I have had metro pcs service for over 3 years, and i got my son a droid phone from metro, on family plan, i was to get a $5.00 discount, and since he had a new droid, his was $45.00, his phone was stolen 2 days later, we reported it to metro, they shut it off, few days later he got another phone, turned it back on for one day, it was lost, we canceled his phone, i called *228, and a lady rep. Told me i lost my $45.00,

I said you can deduct the 3 days service and add the balance of the $45.00 to my account and apply it to my phone, please, she said no she cant do that, i asked her to please send me a refund then, she said i dont have nothing coming, i said you people can not just keep my monies for free and i lose it, please let me talk to your supervisor, she refused, we did argue for over a hour, finally she agr4eed to apply the balance to my phone account,

I thanked her, hung up, one month later, i am told not only was my sons phone canceled, but my phone was also canceled, and i lost my 3 years history, and my phone number, and i was told that i must of canceled both phones by mistake, now why would i cancel my phone i have had for over 3 years, and argued over an hour to credit my account with the monies, i paid for my sons phone to be applyed to mine, how could i possibly mistakenly canceled my phone, i truly believe this, the rep. Was so angry and refused to get her supervisor,

That when she canceled my sons phone, she also canceled my phone, she never credited my account, i never recieved any service for my monies, and i got the shaft, is this how a company would treat a customer of 3 years??? I cant believe this is going on, i am a 62 yr. Old womanwith c.O.P.D. And cronic asthma, high blood pressure, cong. Heart failure, ect. On a nibulizer ect. I dont need all this problems, i already have enough, please help and tell me how to take care of this, i was again on the phone with another rep, for 48 minutes, i had to hang up, my health just at times cant take the stress ect. Thank you
