I canceled JUNO in March and they were suppose to reimburse me for $14.95 and they didn't. Come April I find out that I am still being charged for services I no longer use for $14.95, I call once again to cancel and they still did not. Now May comes along and I am no longer being billed for $14.95 but for $9.95! I call them and they did cancel it and they are refunding me the money lost due to their error and they apologize.

I call right back, knowing I will get a different person and she confirms the account is canceled and I am being refunded $9.95 x3 back to my checking account. The second lady they transfer me to tells me that the money is not being reimbursed to my account at all and the only phone call that is showing on my account is today's call. I ask to talk to the supervisor and the lady accuses me of yelling at her (I have her on speaker phone and she's half away across the desk) and refuses to let me speak with her supervisor. -SO I finally get to speak to a supervisor and she tells me that there is no calls on my account other than today's and that she can only refund me the past month's fee. She also tells me that the account was canceled and it was resigned back up on 5/7 with my credit card.

So then I tell her I want my credit card information earsed from the account and she said that it will automatically do this and I ask her when and she said as soon as the account is canceled and I told her that it was canceled before and someone else from their company signed me back up for the service again. She said that they cannot do this and I tell her no one else could have done this. She tries to blame someone else in the household which I am the only adult. I ask her when the credit card information will be earsed and she said I don't know. It could be canceled now or in a few days. (Remember she said when the account is canceled the information is earsed.) Now I call back a third time and the man tells me that my account is open and is being charged $9.95 per month. The man's supervisor then tells me that the account is canceled and I am being refunded the $9.95 one time. That they can only refund one time. I tell her I want something in writing saying that the account is canceled and she said that they don't do that it is company policy and that they can only send an email and she tells me the email address it is being sent to and I said the account is closed how can I access it and she said it is still open. (Rolling eyes at this point...) She said give it a few hours before the email is sent.

I'm sorry but emails are sent instantly - even when you change your password with this company it is sent instantly to your secondary email address. This company is full of a bunch of liars and fraud. I would beware when dealing with Netzero as well cuz when I called the man thought I was calling as a netzero customer. Any company assosicated with the United Online, Inc. Don't trust them. They seem to rip people off more than they care to help them. $39.85 lost already to this company over a 3 month period. They only have record of me calling today. They canceled one account and opened up another account without my knowledge on the same day that I canceled their service. How is this customer service!
