I canceled and they are still taking money. Now saying I cant cancel

Budget Readers called me about magizine order. After I went threw all the steps I told the women that I couldnt afford it and that they had already called me before and i had already tried to cancel. The woman was very nice and told me she was going to go ahead and cancel the account. The next month I got a withdrawl for $50. I called my bank and asked if they had their number and that I didnt know who they were because I thought I had already canceled. After two more payments came out I finally canceled that card.

Budget readers then contacted me about a month later and said that they tried to take a payment and my card declined. I explained to them that I had already canceled the account. I then talked to the supervisor and she let me listen to the tape recording. They hadnt taped the whole conversation. I explained to her that I canceled it and that the women had went threw the whole canceling phase with me and she said that there was no canceling. She told me that you cant cancel. Then she told my mother that I had three days to cancel right after she said that no one can cancel even tho I canceled a few seconds after going threw my information. She then told my mother that she was the owner of the company and then later said that she wasnt.

This company is a total rip off and is rediculious. The women was also very childish. This company needs to be shut down. The thing is they have taken $100 from my accont so far and I havnt recieved one magizine.
