Extremely long response time to receive a refund. BTR has confirmed via e-mail that they have received my return of the item they sent to me. I have been waiting since August 12 to resolve this issue. I have complained to the BB and CBBB - Too much money is being kept by this company and their assumption that customers will tire of complaining - this one won't!
