Doesn't pay the artists full amount earned and rips them off Melbourne

I have read a lot of negative things about the company Redbubble however had not had anything happen to me up until recently. I have tried to research who I could send an official complaint about my situation to but with no luck so I hope that this will reach people as a warning to not join up and sell your work with Redbubble. They are rude and extremely unprofessional when dealing with enquiries.

The issue started late last year when I had made the minimum to withdraw my money which was $20. I waited 2 months for my money and did not recieve it so I sent an enquiry to them on the 25/01 explaining that they have not paid me. They owed me at the time $29.67. I know it's not a lot of money but it's money that I made from print sales and I was entitled to it. I did everything they said and I am still waiting a month and a half on for Jesse the person looking after my enquiry to get back to me. I sent another message 2 weeks later on the 14/02 just to keep in touch with what was happening and just got the same response that they were waiting on accounts and they would let me know once this has been sorted.

So I waited another 2 weeks before sending Jesse another message on the 28/02 asking yet again what the hold up was and raised yet another issue with them. Redbubble has decided to sell one of my prints for a lower price than what I had it for so I did not get the amount actually owing to me. I
have just recently sold my first small photographic lustre print but have not been paid correctly for it. I received an email stating I made a sale. The base price was 6.20 euros and it is stating the markup was only 9.92 euros when in fact it was 10.70 euros at the time of sale. I can't find anywhere that explains why a different price was charged and researching I've found that they guarantee you get paid whatever you mark up your print to.

Well still after that question I have had no response from Jesse however I checked my bank account and found that a few days ago a payment from Redbubble came through for $26.79 a whole $2.88 under what was owing to me and I'm not even including the few sales I made after the enquiry so there is more money owing to me!

I don't know whether I should bother sending Jesse yet another message since they have decided to just ignore me now. The other issue is that the amount of money they have ripped me off with is so small it's not really worth getting a lawyer for I wouldn't think. I just hope that this report is useful for everyone out there researching Redbubble. I am certain they have been ripping off thousands of artists by underpaying them or not paying them at all.

If anyone has any constructive advice or can help in any way please let me know.
