Just like the others. We sent them the info via email each month but when it came time for them to pay back the deposit we get a letter stating that they haven't heard from us in over 120 days and that "due to the high volume of incoming calls (must be a lot of angry people out there) we cannot take responses to this letter via phone", you will have to email or fax your response.

I did, nothing back. Tried to call the corporate office but all you get is a auto attendant and no return calls. Tried to email the other "contact us" emails and they came back as not valid addresses. This is beginning to smell like the classic rip-off scenario. They had no bad info on the BBB in CA at the time. Please be sure to report them to the BBB in every state so that others can see what they are doing.
