They Don't Return Calls or Emails

On fri jul 8 i called there 800 8107794 from an online search to eliminate high interest payments from my checking accou8nt from 2 online payday lan companies. They emailed me the enrollment forms an i tried to fill them out by my computer would not work on them so i mmediately called back to a different number that was on enrollment forms and left messages that same day. Got noting back til mon july 11 from a Nikki Simms who is director of prospective new clients. She said she tried to call but left me a note and email asking the best time to reach me and i sent her an email back asap on the same day mon jul 11 stating to call me between 9am and 10 am mountain time. But she never did so finally, a few days later, i go to a computer that actually worked so i filled out their enrollment forms and sent them twice but still never heard anything back.

They have all my personal info now just like setting up a new checking or savings acct at a bank and i am angry. I just came back from my bank and let them know not to accept any transaction from these people in the near future. I dont trust them and im reporting them to BBB.
