Singer Lazer Storm ripoff

I ordered two lazer vacs with two steam cleaners. I authorised 156.85 to be taken out of my account. 313.70 was taken out and i received four vacs and no steam cleaners.

I called and told them they said it was an error and the would send a slip to have ups pick them up. I would be reimbursed immediately. That was last may i am still getting the runaround. I want all my money returned and my steam cleaners or they can have the vacs and i want all my money back.

Moey not authorized and taken from an account is the worst as i got all kinds of charges for an overdrawn account and late fees because i couldn't pay other things.
