Lenz Motors car sales fraud

On August 22 Lenny Jones sent me to pick out a car at Adesa Auto Auction. Lenny Jones got the VIN # and wrote up a Purchase Order and had me take it down to Arizona Federal Credit Union to apply for a loan. On August 25 Az Fed. Credit Union approved my loan and issued a check to Lenz Motors for $34,000.00. Lenny Jones owner of Lenz Motors purchased a 2004 BMW from Adesa Auto Auction on August 25 using the funds that Az Fed. Credit Union issued him.

The BMW was delivered to me on August 25. Lenny Jones then took the title of the BMW which was in his name at that time to Ellertson's Dobson Ranch mobil profit sharing company and took out a loan for approx. $30-$32,000.00 using my BMW as collateral without my knowledge. Lenny Jones never made good on his loan payments to Ellertson's Dobson Ranch.

On August 22 my BMW was repossed by EDR. I have contacted Lenny Jones and Lenz Motors several times to correct this situation and as of September 11 nothing has been done by Lenny Jones. The BMW was sold by EDR on September 7. I am still responsible for the car note I have through Az Fed. Credit Union even thought I have no car.

Im in the process of suing Lenz Motors and Az Fed. Credit Union. I am getting no answers from either company to resolve this issue.
