46 days and counting, waiting for a refund - ProducTop-Of-The-Line Chemise (Neutral Motif, S)

On the 1st of February, I ordered a few things from Anthropologie and they arrived on the 7th of the same month (order 96272). I returned one item the same day via recorded delivery, which arrived to them the next day. Since the 8th of February (it is the 21st of March now) I have been waiting for a simple refund. Customer services replied to me that it can take up to 28 days for a refund, which is entirely ridiculous to say to a person that has waited for 46 days already.
I honestly have no words to describe how ridiculous this company is. If Anthropologie was expecting from to get paid for 46 days I would be in jail by now.
