Unauthorized charges - clothing

I will never again place an online order at Anthropologie.com. After making two online purchases my card was charged shipping on both (when shipping was supposed to be free) and a 50% off discount was not honored. I spent at least 5 hours on the phone with the company to resolve this and was even provided with e-mails confirming the amounts to be credited to my account. After a week I noticed a third unauthorized amount deducted from my account. Calls to the company only result in being placed on hold for over an hour. At the end of it all - Anthro had made $46.08 in unauthorized charges to my account. I am currently working with my bank to dispute those charges. This company is terrible to work with - I love the clothes but don't think I'll be shopping at the store simply because they have wasted so much of my time and energy. This whole situation has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.
