EBay Fraud - imposter jewelry sold as Anthropologie

There are several Sellers on eBay that sell drop ship type jewelry as " Anthropologie ", but one in particular has been around for years. Anyone who knows Anthropologie jewelry knows this particular Seller's stuff is fake. Seller is making THOUSANDS of dollars every 5 days, plus charging high ship fees. Amongst eBay Sellers, this criminal Seller is infamous, and has been suspended by eBay more than once. Sellers know all about them, so why doesn't anyone out there get it? They just reappear with a different eBay ID (but with the same first and last names & addresses), and are allowed to cheat Buyers all over again. A responsible company wouldn't let this go on & on. EBay will do nothing but reap the selling fees from the Seller's criminal behavior, and say that only the brand company can tell eBay to make the Seller stop. Why is that so long in coming? It's black & white, and takes nine words: "Dear eBay, this is NOT the jewelry we sell". Most members who look for Anthropologie jewelry on eBay don't have a clue. They don't look up and familiarize themselves with items in the online catalog, or shop the stores. This blatant insult to our intelligence has got to stop. I wish one of the companies that this Seller is using {to make more money than most all their employees} would prosecute. No one has any cahoonas anymore, except for Sellers like this one. So many people have lost respect for the brand name company, as well as eBay, for not helping them avoid becoming victims of such obvious crime. The only one laughing is the one carrying all the money to the bank. Isn't this classified as a Federal crime? Because USPS is used to send the jewelry across state lines, and into other countries, it must be a Federal Felony? Don't think for a minute that this criminality doesn't hurt anyone.
