I didnt receive proper customer service in electronics in Kannapolis NC. She had black hair and glasses. I asked for assistance about components. The employee said she would assist me. I waited over 20 minutes for her to assist me. I timed her. After the long wait I went back to look for her. She made an excuse why she could not help me. She didnt even come by to assist me. SHe was off in her own world doing something else but she was assissting other customers when I first had noticed her. SHe made an excuse why she couldnt help me but she never came by to figure out what I needed and help resolve the problem. Also I believe she didnt assist me is because of my appearance. I purchased the stuff I needed and without her assistance I purchased the wrong component for my PS3, speakers and LCD monitor. I am never going back to Kannapolis to purchase electronics at wal mart. Poor customer service at its worst. I am going to professional electronics like Best Buy or Radio Shack. Hey wal mart I hope you fire her because of how she had treated me. That was cruel for what she did to me. If I knew her name I would post it on here.
