Assistance - service

The best buy located at 109 Layman Ln Elizabethtown, KY has customer service problems. I was there to buy a large flat screen T.V. Asked a sale associate that was working at a register for assistance. This person called over there walkie talkies that assistance was need in the department I was waiting in. Waited about 20 mins went back spoke to another cashier and again the same thing. I waited another 15 mins and went looking through the store. I found the store manager and three other sale associates just standing, talking and laughing in a corner. So at that point I left and went to Wal-mart and Wal-mart was great... Oh yeah I seen a man at Wal-mart that was also at best buy looking at T. Vs too. I guess he had the same problem as I did.
