Handicap nephew purchased nintendo DS, it was broken and from a differant store, nonreturnable

My handicap nephew purchased a Nintendo DS from wal-mart may 29th minutes later he attempted to play with it he noticed the DS would turn on but the touch screen had been destroyed, he became very sad, we got his hopes up telling him we could return it.

While doing the return process the wal-mart employee stated this DS is not the same DS that was supposed to be in the box, that in fact the DS was from GAMEXCRAZY sold in 2004 and there was nothing they could do, obviously there is a crooked wal-mart employee who broke there own DS and switched it,

After figuring all this out we went to GAMEXCRAZY and they explained we did not have a recipe AND the warranty was void.

Now, with very few options left, we reported it to our local paper Tri-City Herald
they stated this would be posted, they also referred us to another Local place called At-Home-electronics and they would attempt to fix it for free.

Soo, all i really have to say about this is F that F'ing wal-mart employee
