Sears customer service - ALL ELECTRONICS AND SHOES, and CLOTHES!

I can buy BETTER stuff in ALL SHIOPPING areas than Sears has now stocked in K-mart since buying them out. There ELECRONICS are total trash! I've tried buyinga SIMPLE KEYBOARD FOR MY COMPUTER, but have WASTED $50 in 5 months. That's $10 each. I bought 3 different pair of extra siound speakers foer my computer and hacve had to return all 3, and I AM VERY GOOD AND EXPERIENCED QWITH COMOPUTERS! THE SHOES are now $30 a Pair for the VERY SAME ONES THEY USED TO CHARGE $10 a PAir for! Their clothes are RAGS and COST MUCH NMORE THAN BEFORE! THEY CUT BACK ON THEIR HELP. Is it any wonder why they are losing business? With crap from china for merchandise, i will never buy so much as a oothpickl ever again at k-mart! I'm sick to death of having to return merchandise to k-mart and it keeps getting worse so i'll drive to wal-mart from now on!
