Alan phelps is a slick talking con man he has overbuild, clams excessive repairs this company has riped me off for thousadnds of dollars. If you sign with him the income from your propert gos to him and it gos in to his acct not yours. Two weeks later you get a check for whats left over after he adds a shopping list of charges. And repairs that he clams had to be fix't.By a company that he just happens to own. You naver see the dameg you just have to take his word for it.

He has many more scams to take your money, sometimes his cost are more than the income by the time he is dune with his shopping list of charges. I have lost 3 homes because of this company. Then he has another little trick to keep your money after you louse your property. He clams that you owe him more money for the remainder of the lease my last bill for this was over $2400.00 on just one property. And thats why he is keeping all your money. I have been scammed out of three homes and my money. Donut let it happen to you
