KC Homestead Provided false documents stating that repairs had been done that were not

Mike Reid is the Owner of JoCo Properties. He Runs a scheme where he preys on People who have listed their homes For Sale by Owner. He comes in and tells you that if you lease your property to him he will find a "Lease to Own" renter. Everything goes well until the property needs any type of repairs. He Says that he has had repairs done but really he has his Brother in Law do $50 repairs and charges you Thousands of dollars. When you ask for a receipt he refuses. When you demand a receipt to prove he has made repairs he threatens you. Finally if that doesn't work he sends you blank generic receipts with misspelled words that have been handwritten with no company name or information and then demands money from you. He has also taken down payments from renters and refused to give it back after breaking the contract. He has done the same thing with Cars and now he is doing it with Mobile Homes. He is a Crook and a thief and should be denied a business license and brought up on charges.
