I requested a bouquet online from FTD.com on May 2 for shipping on May 6. Shipping wasn't created. On May 7, I delivered a demand via the web site for shipping position. No reply. On May 9, I delivered a contact towards the customer support tackle on the site. No reply. Today I named the client support amount shown on the site. Following a 10-second delay on-hold, I had been informed by "Tiffany" the local florist hadn't recognized the purchase. After I questioned her what we are able to do about this, she stated another florist might provide the arrangement tomorrow and provided A - 30% discount on my purchase. I decided. I'll never purchase from FTD.com again.insufficient follow-through when first florist didn't recognize purchase; insufficient reaction to emails; long delay on-hold = inadequate customer support. I'll never purchase from FTD.com again, and that I can make sure my family and friends know about my encounter with this particular organization.
