After putting purchase was worried about replacement plan as receiver has allergies, so-called 800-number and CS representative stated that the moment florist was chosen, florist might contact me and so I might decide when they were likely to do any alternatives of course if what exactly. Shipping was to become on 2/12/09.By 2/12 no-call obtained and so I named 800-number to ask why I'd not been named by florist.individual who responded was excellent at stating these were sorry but was completely inefficient at receiving mean answer and explained they weren't permitted to provide me the title of the florist and so I might contact them immediate for a solution. I expected to get a boss and was placed on store, lastly following a 2-minute delay among the administrators arrived about the point, I relayed my issue, she examined and stated purchase have been delivered with no replacement. I'm waiting in order to consult with my cousin to determine if she obtained what I delivered. I'll not use Teleflora again.
