I bought a bed on 01/28 and shipping was established for 02/07. Earlier that evening, I'd organized for Salvation Army to get 2 of my kids beds. The shipping arrived whilst the guaranteed period nevertheless, these were the incorrect beds. I subsequently needed to have a 2nd 1/2 from function to hold back for that proper beds on the unique time. I had been upset and requested for many kind of payment and talked using the Area Manager Bill Fisher. I told him what occurred, that my children didn't have beds which I'd to remove an overall total of 2 1/2 times from work with their mistake and would really like a reimbursement of shipping or some type of payment. Their reaction: "I can not provide you with a reimbursement about the shipping since we'd to cover it twice, but I will provide you with a discount on the potential purchase". I had been slightly taken back by that reaction, nearly as though I had been being punished due to their error. They did not purchase it twice! I paid-for shipping! They just taken care of the 2nd time-but not the very first. I'd never purchase another bed there because of their insufficient customer support as well as their insufficient apology due to their error.
