Non delivery, poor customer service

Valentines day order placed 2/9. Charge card charged sameday. Dellivery to have already been created on 2/11. No shipping available. Calls to customer support (notice lower-case) over three times were fulfilled by same reaction - might contact local florist for standing (despite recognizing the local florist wasn't returning calls as well as their style mail was complete) and contact me back. Never get any return phone. Don't allow these people ruin your personal event. Discover another supplier for the company.
