Took deposit and delivered nothing

Bob Nadler offered to us a marketing plan to get a new company that people were establishing. He got our deposit of $2500. After which didn't provide something that he guaranteed. He promises that people owe him more money whatever the proven fact that he's shipped nothing. He continues to be nearing others and attempting to utilize his fraud locally where we both reside. Currently we've submitted with small-claims judge and therefore are awaiting the reading.
