Won't Refund Deposit

Wendy Carter offered me two adult women for $3,600. I delivered her a deposit for $1,800 and he or she stated she'd deliver the pets in 2 to 3 months. After waiting per month, she explained it'd be another four to five months prior to the pets might deliver. Because she was not able to provide as guaranteed, I requested for my deposit back. She got really awful with me. She set the dogs back-up available and obtained a deposit from another person for that pets, however she'd not deliver my deposit back since she'd previously invested their deposit and undoubtedly my deposit. After many weeks of emails, she ultimately delivered me $1,000 (which she lent from her mother) and explained I'd obtain the relaxation once the pets were acquired from the new customers. It's been over 8 weeks, the pets are gone, my cash is gone, and Wendy Carter won't reply my phone calls, texts, or emails. She's a breeder of Newfoundland puppies.
