The landlord in the above list, through its repetition, Steve Chapin, had me abandon $4,550.00 like a safety deposit and not just held the entire deposit after I shifted out, but delivered me a statement along with it. This is actually the kicker, today he's threatening to prosecute me for slander just for caution individuals to not hire from their store?! This is actually the additional kicker, I'm a pregnant mom increasing an 11-year old by myself, over these financial situations. I wonder who the judge in my own small-claims judge will aspect with, quite a selfish landlord in Santa Monica, or perhaps a mother attempting to ensure it is today. Additionally, he promises to not function as landlord. It's only a strange group of conditions. On your own great, stay away!
