Terrible Carpet Cleaning - then SCREAMING FOUL LANGUAGE at my 92 Year Old Grandmothe

These people came to my mothers home to clean the carpets in Grandma's room.
The guy did a horrible job - kept them out of the room until he was gone.
When they called the company to ask for the guy to return and finish the job they had paid for, the guy cornered my 92 year old grandmother in the bedroom and began yelling "you want me to take my tools out to fix that?
F-ck-You - you go ahead and Kiss-My-_ss!
My 72 year old mother came out to see what was happening (she has lost 90% of her ability to walk) and he began yelling at her too.
He has my grandmother terrified! Screaming "F_CK YOU" over and over and over again.
My mom then got an old non-working tazer thing and pointed it at him. He FINALLY left the house.
