Ditto all that others complained about with A B & T Cleaning & Restoration AKA: Horizon Cleaning Services... Carpet much dirtier now then before "Dennis" arrived. Did not use "steam" infact never turned on vacumn. Only wet carpet in spots. Took my money and left. Will not respond to phone calls or emails. Customer BEWARE these people and company are not to be trusted! I checked job after they left. I didn't want to wallk on wet, clean carpet. Put on plastic bags over my feet and discovered only parts of carpet were even wet and dirt was lying on to of carpet. Beware!!
