Horizon Cleaning Services RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANER Valrico

I found the information/coupon about this company in a magazine and decide to call to have the carpet clean in my 3 bedrooms. Everything was fine, until this guy showed up at my house Saturday, without introducing himself; he just brought inside all the machines and start "cleaning".

At one moment, I asked him, if the service he was doing, was included in the cupon I had, he said no: this probably going to cost you around $ 60-70 per room, my coupon was for $ 6.95 per room, basic cleaning. I asked him to stop immediately and asked why was he cleaning without telling me the price. He looked at me and told me that the coupon basic cleaning is pretty much "making" my carpet wet and that's it, no cleaning involved.

I asked him to leave and called the office in Hillsborough, the "manager" didn't care about my story, so I told him that I was going to report it to the BBB, he laughed at me and hang up the phone.

It's absurd that a company like that is still around... Ripping off people.
