This company is a complete rip-off! They advertise steam cleaning services for $6.95 per room. They perform the classic bait and switch. The employee said that the carpet will probably look worse after he is done unless we purchase their "deep cleaning services" which is in excess of $150. The employee had to get the hot water from the tub and used a very old cleaning machine which is not professional grade. The employee continually harrassed my wife to purchase their deep cleaning services.
