Withdrew funds (payment) after I canceled membership

I signed up for netflix and I had 30days free I had to cancel before the 30th day of the month, I canceled membership 3-4 days before the trial membership was over, and 2days after the 30th day they withdrew 7.99 and then again 3 days later withdrew another 7.99 and then again 2days later withdrew 7.99, and when I called to complain they said there is nothing they can do because I signed into the account, I told them I didnt and I asked for a superviser and he said well I can't connect you to anyone. They refuse to refund my money. What a rip off!
