I was charged for the service that I never use since 11, This is not what I think of Netflix, today the image broke totally. I called Netflix Customer Service and was told that I should have found out on the first month of billing and also it's a monthly charge membership even though there's not even one DVD was sent to me on their record and they can only credit me for one month charge, and that's their company policy and nothing they will do for me, but told me that I can call my credit card company.

For me, I cancelled my membership for a long while, but I keep receiving emails from them offering free one month trial. I was just browsing the web then I log out in November. There's not even one DVD been sent from Netflix and I have to pay. How is this justified? Can someone answer me something else beside "this is the company policy and you should have find out earlier and you should have read their term of membership sign up!"
